Week of Postcards: Mayflower

Dear Mom and Dad -

Today was some sort of Massachusetts hollerday (as Hugh calls our days off). So we and my classmate Adele (who wants to be a dentist) went to the beach for the weekend. The Cape (Cape Cod) was beautiful and the Mayflower is very pretty. Now we're back studying boring physics & chemistry. P.S. I have a 3rd interview at Howard coming up! But don't hold your breath. I might not get into any school, but I'm certainly trying. Love Roxanne. P.S. We found a spcial beach stone for Dad to polish. It's sort of striped.
