Small and ordinary packages include great surprises...

A stuffed Greyhound envelope from my Great-Grandmother Ruth was full of fairly ordinary things:

doctor receipts

and doctor appointment cards,
bus receipts

and post office box information

(good thing the combination is included).

Ruth had the clocks fixed

and saved receipts from Sears, Roebuck, and Co.

Evidence of the numerous packages shipped numbered 39....

including one heading off to Gryt Sweden.

All interesting.
All a bit ordinary.

But then I found this, folded up into a tiny little square:

Garfield Norby
Sept. 7, 1896
Aug. 13, 1965

David Norby
Oct. 26, 1891
Feb. 22, 1952

Christina Norby
Oct. 24, 1863
Sept. 28, 1944

Peter Norby
July 13, 1858
Dec. 27, 1897

Lars P. Jensen
1884-1969

Dora Jensen
1880-1970

I guess this means I have to open everything...
