It's a Spring day in January

The Regency on Laurie Lane
January ?, 1986

Dear Senor Roberto (alias Bob)

Greetings! Como esta usted? Bien? It's a Spring day in January. The seasons are confused. Hot air balloons are floating about the sky.

In the Northwest there is rain, a chill in the air, and 70 mile-per-hour winds whipping Seattle with fury

Ah-h-h, how nice is the balmy weather here. Aren't you looking forward to coming here, even for a short time? We are looking forward to seeing you.

Marie is sending me off to the post-office with a package for John and a handful of letters. We are checking our Christmas lists, and also thinking of putting the XMas decorations up. They might still be up when you sashay down this way. We are looking forward to your visit.

Love
Brother Francisco (Psst! "Frank")
