Dear Marie -

I received your welcome letter. I am sending your children some Easter candy. Also some leather to put in the back part of those shoes I sent. There is glue on 1 side and wet it, then paste it along the heel part. It should be hot water. If you still don't want to shoes don't send them back to me. You may send them to Elin. If she can't wear them perhaps they would fit Marilyn. Write and ask Elin first.

If you wish to send me something for Easter you could send me some money.

Let me know if you received the blouse I sent. One of the ladies here gave it to me.

I will answer your letter later.

P.S. The heart-shaped candy box was for your children to play with.
