Marie dear -
I received your letter a few days ago and the $1.00 bill also the receipt for the $5.00 that you had sent to the Storage Co. for me. And thank you, also thank Ruthie for the drawing.
Marie I answered you last letter and I had been waiting to hear from you. I don't know if you know that I attended the State Fair the first part of Sept. and it was interesting to see K.F.A.B. broad-cast. Also saw the tent where Bobby Breen was in appearing in person.
I wrote to Betty last Sunday and I asked her to write to me in 2 weeks. I explained how I wish that she would do me some favors. I wish that the members of this family would share a good family feeling for one another.
Marie you have only to think back about 10 years when Martin started kindergarten, Lottie in high school, Betty in grade school and you attending the University. I was so busy and do you remember all the noise there was most of the time from up-stairs? At that time we should have sat down and planned something for the future, for some-thing we could share to-gether.
When you move again please try and move to one of the towns where one of your sisters live and be patient and waite to find out. Will you pay close attention to my letter? Some times I feel blue and depressed and I hope I may be dismissed by the last part of this month (?) as it is one of my brother's birthday. I asked Betty to write to Mr. John Muller, First National Bank Building, Omaha, Nebraska. Could you write also and ask him about me? I want to go and see about my things and I wish to pay my bills in Omaha.
Yes, you father brought out the receipt for the $5.00 you sent the Storage Co., also Lottie sent $5.00 I am quite sure.
Martin came to say good-by to me. I am trying not to worry about hope I will hear from him very soon. Please write to your father and ask if he has heard from him. As soon as you know Martin's address write him a nice tender letter. Please write to Mr. M at once. Also write to Betty and remind her to answer my letter. With best wishes to all. Your Mother.
