About the Basement
My mother's basement is affectionately known as "The Dead People's Room".
Tucked away in the corner are over a dozen boxes holding birth announcements, news clippings, 70 years of tax documents (not kidding...stay tuned for evidence), obligatory holiday photos, and letters. Lots and lots of letters.

Uh....that was done on an old typewriter...amazing how she got it all lined up so perfectly! I wonder if she counted spaces to get it right...
