Happy New Year (from me)

I like these little random things that appear throughout the stacks of letters. There's not much to some of these items, but they still make me smile.

I don't have a date for this postcard, so I'm not sure what the "congratulasion" refers to. Ideas, anyone?

The "me" is Christine Norby, my great-great grandmother.
